Steamed Egg Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped onions
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped green capsicum
- 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4 teaspoons grated processed cheese
Age Group: 8 -10 months
- 1Break an egg into individual glass bowls.
- 2Add 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon capsicum, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, salt and 1 teaspoon cheese.
- 3Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Place the bowls in it, cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.
- 4Serve hot.
