Ragi Mango Kheer
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ragi flour
- 1 tablespoon semolina
- 1 tablspoon pressed rice(poha)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh mango puree
- 100 ml milk
Spices
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
Age Group: 6-8 Months
- 1 Dry roast the ragi flour, semolina and pressed rice separately in another non-stick pan.
- 2 Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan.
- 3 Add the dry roasted ingredients to the milk along with sugar and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- 4 Take the pan off the heat and add the mango puree once the mixture is slightly cooked.
- 5 Serve at room temperature.
