Ragi & Dates Halwa
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ragi sattva
- ½ teaspoon ghee
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 seedless dates, boiled and pureed
- ½ teaspoon grafted jaggery
Spices
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
Age Group: 8 -10 months
- 1 Heat ghee in non-stick pan, and ragi sauté for 2 minutes
- 2 Add milk, date puree, jaggery and mix well and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 3 Serve at room temperature.
