Dosa Pizza
Ingredients
- ½ cup Dosa Batter
- ½ tablespoon oil
- ¼ cup fresh tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 french beans , finely chopped and balanced
- 2 tablespoons boiled sweet corn kermels
- ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Spices
- ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon coriander seeds
- ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
- Salt to taste
Age Group: 12 months & above
- 1 Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and mix.
- 2 Once the cumin seeds start to change the colour, add mustard seeds and asafoetida and wait till the mustard seeds crackle.
- 3 Add tomato puree, sugar, salt and mix well.
- 4 Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
- 5 Heat a non-stick tawa and spread a small ladleful of batter and spread.
- 6 Spread the prepared tomato sauce and top up with vegetables and cheese.
- 7 Cover with a lid and cook till the cheese melts.
- 8 Fold and serve at room temperature.
